LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A Frankfort man was arrested on drug trafficking charges early Sunday morning after he was reportedly pumping gas into an imaginary vehicle. According to the arrest report, Metro Police arrived at a gas station at First and Jefferson streets in Louisville and immediately smelled marijuana coming from Joshua L. Moore, who station clerks contend was filling up an imaginary vehicle.
Officers searched Moore and found “two large baggies” of marijuana and a large amount of Ecstasy. Police said Moore also had a cell phone and a large amount of money, which they said was indicative of trafficking.
Police said that more narcotics were located on Moore when he was being booked into Metro Corrections.

No amount of cannabis could make anyone think they were filling up an imaginary car. It’s bothersome that marijuana is the first substance mentioned, then ecstasy, then “other narcotics.” Last I checked, neither cannabis nor MDMA caused hallucinations like the article mentions.

Actually MDMA is considered an amphetamine by most ALL sources 3,4 methylenedioxy N-methylamphetamine. it says it right in the name; and yes it’s also noted for it’s hallucinogenic properties. Also, before you say anything, hallucinogens and psychedelics are two very separate things.
Who gives a shit what ecstasy is classified as. The dude was caught pumping gas into absolutely nothing, he had 2 fat bags on him, a lot of money, and mdma. The dude was asking for it in my opinion. Good riddance in my opinion, one less fuck up on the streets.

I think he just did a really good job of hiding the car he had. I bet it was under his jumper with the other narcotics, yer, i bet it was a little fold away yellow ford focus that he managed to stash away. Drug Trafficking!!!!! Well isn’t this all just so interesting. This guy probably should have been escorted away by someone.. the police? Maybe not.. But I mean, if you’re pumping gas into a car that doesn’t exist.. you’re probably putting yourself in some danger for even being in public. But a cell phone doesn’t mean drug trafficing. And as far as the cash goes, I would say it depends on how much cash. But I mean, smoking pot? Big deal? Rollin a little with some E? Cool.. But there’s somethign wrong here. Smoking pot and rollin wouldn’t make you imagine a car. Who knows what this guy was doing. But anyways, too bad for this guy! Hope things worked out for him… but I’m guessing that’s doubtful.
